Hi, I’m Irma, and the procedure that I had here was laser therapy and I had some crowns placed. So approximately maybe six years ago, I had gone to a dentist, and unfortunately, that I had a very, very bad experience and it left me pretty traumatized to the point where I didn’t want to see a dental commercial. She told me that almost every tooth in my mouth was needing to have work on. She did unnecessary work, the anesthesia ran out and she kept working on my teeth. Even though I told her it was hurting. I was shaking and she held my face really tight to continue working. People say, “Why did you do that? You kind of trust your dentist.” You know you trust your doctor, you expect them to do the best for you.

So I avoided going to the dentist for another six years and obviously led to some gingivitis gum disease. I wasn’t getting cleanings. It actually led to having to get my crowns replaced. I was dealing with a lot of pain. One of my colleagues recommended Creekwood Dental Arts and told me how fantastic they were, here. So I made an appointment. When I made the appointment, I was extremely nervous and the dentists here are incredible, terrific. The compassion was incredible. They were very patient with me and explained everything in detail. The entire time, they were present. It just changed my experience.
